Clean, great value for money paid, Owner was very welcoming and helpful, there's a small trolley outside the rooms with every essential.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Small room (the economy one) suitcases can't fit comfortably. That's okay for one night but not for vacation.

I would highly recommend this establishment. We were so warmly greeted. The accommodations were immaculate. We wanted for nothing! The location is perfect to get around Killarney easily. Breda was the most gracious hostess.

The location was a 10 minute walk into the town center. The accommodations were very comfortable, extremely clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Many options to choose from. Breda, our hostess, is one of the loveliest people I have met. She assisted us with several of the details for our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Obviously this accommodation is a labor of love for the host Breda. It shows in all the little touches like yrs touches. A very comfortable experience. A bit like a warm hug.

The bed was very comfortable but it was a double. A queen size would be a roomier.

Of all the places we stayed in Ireland, this was our absolute favorite! It was exceptionally clean, and the ambiance was lovely. Our host, Breda, could not have been more welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful, and the table was beautifully set. For anyone planning on staying in Killarney, this should be their choice of hotels.

A lovely, clean room. Had a great breakfast (full Irish). Breda was warm and welcoming. It was like staying with friends.

This place was great. There wasn’t a thing not thought of. Everything you could want. Room was lovely and spacious and clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating.
